The Gemini watermark is the small sparkle icon — often called the Gemini logo or badge — stamped on images generated on the Free and Pro tiers, including Nano Banana generations. On current exports it is 48×48 pixels, set 96 pixels in from the bottom-right corner; we last re-verified that spec against a fresh iPhone export on Aug 9, 2026.

This Gemini watermark remover currently supports four export sizes: 1024×1024, 1376×768, 768×1376, and 1408×768. A size joins the list only after its reverse-alpha reconstruction passes a three-for-three clean-output gate on original-quality exports.
- Aug 10, 2026 — Added 1408×768, the size the current Gemini iPhone app exports, after testing against a real export. The sparkle spec — a 48 px logo set 96 px in from the bottom-right corner — is unchanged.
- Jul 15, 2026 — Re-measured the live watermark. Older community presets (48 px at a 32 px margin, 96 at 64) no longer match it, which is why tools built on them mis-place the box.
If your size is not listed, the tool says so and offers a plain edge crop instead.

Are my images uploaded?
No. Decoding, region selection, reconstruction, preview, and PNG export all run inside your browser tab. Image pixels and filenames are never sent to GeminiLogo.com — there is no upload endpoint to send them to, which you can confirm in your browser's network panel.
Does it remove SynthID?
No. This Gemini watermark remover handles the visible corner logo only. SynthID is an invisible watermark spread through the image data itself, and this tool makes no claim to remove or weaken it — anyone can still paste your image into Gemini and ask.
Does it restore the original pixels?
No such promise is made. The tool reverses a known alpha overlay without generative repainting, which is as close to the original as the math allows. Compression, resizing, or an unsupported watermark profile can leave visible artifacts — the exact before/after shows you either way.
Can I use a JPEG or WebP image?
Yes — static JPEG and WebP files open fine, but clean reconstruction depends on the actual pixels, not the extension. Recompressed inputs can leave faint artifacts in the corner. Best results come from original-quality Gemini exports, which are typically PNG files.
